Kumon Associates will undergo a comprehensive, 6-month probationary training to learn about the Kumon Method and the different facets of the company. Successful trainees will become Area Development Managers who have an active role towards franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with our Kumon Instructors.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN AREA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
1. Provide support to Kumon Instructors (franchisees) with center concerns like, but not limited to, the fcollowing:
• Center Operations
• Kumon Instruction
2. Strengthen Center development through regular center visits, enter visit reports and consultation with Kumon Instructors.
3. Create, modify, and conduct learning opportunities like center training and area meeting to Kumon Instructors and Center Assistants.
